Clear, efficient and quick process

We needed a loan to complete some building works to our house. We had used rate setter before for a small short term loan to get a new boiler which went well. This was a much larger loan over 5 years, The process was quick to apply and a decision was made within a few days with funds released in a short timescale. Checking our repayments/outstanding balance is easily done online. I like the idea of peer to peer lending and the interest going to a small investor rather than propping up a directors bonus. Interest rate provided was also very competitive in comparison to the large banks/lenders. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
