Very straightforward

I applied for my loan very quickly, and once nearly paid off i applied for a top up which was also easy. In the pandemic i had to juggle my finances slightly so got in touch with them straight away. They were very understanding and very accomodating of my needs. Customer service was great. All new arrangements made via email. Very quickly and sufficiently. Thank you ratesetter.
