Great rates, customer service and process

The whole process with my ratesetter loan was straightforward and fast, the rates I was offered were the best around, even from the larger lenders. I was first dubious about peer-to-peer lending, but rate setter made it clear that it was safe and trustable. The loan has been smooth thus far, tracking your loan is simple and so is setting up any overpayments or new direct debits. If something cannot be sorted through the handy portal I.e. loan details, the customer service are prompt and friendly. Definitely worth a recommendation to others. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021

At first I was apprehensive

At first I was apprehensive about peer-to-peer borrowing given it was pretty new and you never know the risks. I was also worried about the rate I would be offered given, I had gone through all the major lenders and their rates were pretty bad. Ratesetter offered me a rate which beat all of the large banks and lenders that I had tried and to date the customer service and platform has been great. I would recommend taking a look at peer-to-peer lending with Ratesetter. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
