F&CO's advice - Seemed not covered either way !

Thought purpose of insurance was to cover you for most eventualities. Paid a high premium (due to medical issues) but once advice was given on the F&CO website not to travel we thought we would be covered - not so. An announcement on Goodtogoinsurance website said that we were not covered if we cancelled our holiday (following F&C's advice) and not covered if we went against the F&C's advice and went on holiday . Could'nt win either way. Consider Goodtogoinsurance most unhelpful compared to other companies. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2020
