Helpful and responsive

In Australia when the C19 hit. Phoned the company and the advice was helpful. On return to UK filed a claim and the first response was quick and professional. Awaiting an outcome but feel the prompt initial response suggests they are dealing appropriately with the claim and have sufficient staff to conclude business as quickly as practically possible.
