At least one thing is going right!

I have only had my By Miles policy for a few months. Pre lock down to be precise. The referral credit given means that I am still using the free credit - definitely a plus. Mobile app is well laid out and gives a complete break down of all journeys. To some extent, you may not want to know every details of your day2day but it is exactly there to track everything. 8/10 as have not had any involvement with customer service or anyone from the company yet. Therefore can't comment on that. Second point is insurance only beneficial for those who know what they are going to drive p/month and can therefore have a realistic forecast ahead of their year of driving.
