A different way.......a better way

I was always fed up with the annual round of arguments and false haggling over price increases when it came to renewing my car insurance. When I read about ByMiles I realised that at last there was a different way for me to get the coverage I needed. From the first minute of approaching ByMiles I have been impressed with their honest, friendly yet professional manner and an approach which is more akin to the 21st century as opposed to the 19th century approach preferred by other companies. I have felt valued and respected, plus I have saved money (around £50-60 per year) with not paying mileage when the car is sat on my drive for days at a time (especially so during Coivd-19!!). I appreciate a company has to make money, but that must be balanced with not trying to take advantage of customers, which I and many of friends feel most car insurance companies do. In fact I have even actively tried to persuade people to change. I love the little tech advantages of having the tracker gadget box, especially when on holiday abroad as you can see where you car is!! All in all ByMiles is a better way.........
