Administration is diabolical

Given a policy renewal price on 11 July. Phoned and discussed issues on 13 July, such as 40% increase over last year. Stated I had found a policy somewhat cheaper. To reduce cost I stated that I did not want RAC breakdown cover. Policy still more expensive than my other quote so was given £60 credit on my miles charges. Received email several days later stating policy was Including breakdown cover. I then spent 3 days on the chat line to 3 different people who promised to resolve issues, non of them got back to me. 2nd August emails stating that monies have been taken from my account which include RAC breakdown cover. Used reply option but message failed, declared as Denied. Looks like yet another long conversation tomorrow, when I eventually get through. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
