Best value for money

With everything going up so much, One Call's premium for home insurance was the best value I could find. I haven't needed to make a claim - which is always when the crunch comes concerning quality of customer service! - but the website was straightforward and the information clearly presented when I first took out the policy. So far, so painless...

I’m a fairly new customer so not yet sure how much of an annual saving this will make. Nor had any reason to contact customer services, so don’t know how good they'd be if any problem arose. The gismo is easy to fit ONCE you know where it goes - the instructions were completely incorrect! It’s a bit alarming to see the full details of every trip I’ve driven is logged - shades of Big Brother... I’m not hugely comfortable with that, but needs must, I suppose. It’s good to have fully comp much more cheaply than just 3rd party last year. Reviewed on: 11th August 2020
