Great flexible insurance plan

I don't drive as much as I used to so having a pay as you go insurance plan has really worked well for me. I haven't had to speak with the customer service much, but when I have they have been great and quick to respond. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

Perfect insurance for those who don't drive everyday

My car sits on the driveway outside my house 90% of the time. We pretty much only drive on weekends, and prior to COVID we would be commuting to work on train so the car really didn't see many miles in the year. By Miles is a great product for people like me who don't do many miles and want to be able to save a little bit of money because of it. The customer service is great and very responsive. We had a couple of small teething issues when we first signed up that were very quickly resolved. The app is great and I like being able to have a history of the journeys where we've been and the routes that we took. Especially useful for trying to explain to someone if you took a strange route somewhere cause the sat nav took you around the houses! Reviewed on: 9th September 2020
