Great insurance company

My car insurance has always been a sore subject, and one that I rarely discuss without anxiety. I was unfortunate to have a tractor drive into the back of my parked vehicle and this 'accident' has skyrocketed my claims, as I am now part of an algorithm making me more likely to be at fault for an accident. Added to my recent move to London, my insurance has been costly and punitive founded on stats and algorithms. By miles have provided me with a reasonable quote, their instant message service saves the stress and hassle of waiting in long queues for a call handler. My miles tracker arrived in good time. Although I have some issues with the app, the extra features like estimated fuel costs and find my car are an added bonus. I am very happy with the service, by miles have made me feel more confident and secure to drive, and that I'm not literally an 'accident waiting to happen' as my previous insurer alluded to on a number of occasions. Other insurers should take note, as bymiles will disrupt the market and make it fair and accessible to drive. For too long car insurance has been monopolised by exploitative companies who seek to profit from a legal requirement and I feel strongly that the system needs to change.
