My experience with By Miles has been the worst on record. To put this in context I have been driving for over 30 years. Everything seems great with By Miles until you have a not at fault collision. I had an independent witness. I have written in several times and I have still not received a response. I was informed by a By Miles representation "Faith" insurers often take 50/50 fault route as it is the easiest thing to do. How is this fair? Why have By Miles not got back to me? It took over 6 weeks for the car to be taken in for repairs and for a courtesy car to be provided in the midst of this pandemic - at times forced onto public transport as we were left without a car. To make matters worse my car was sent back three times for repair as it arrived back with paint chipping. By Miles should not be a finalist for the Insurance Choice Award because I doubt my experience is isolated. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020
