Friendly and fun... Yet you know they're serious.

I love dealing with this company, everything from their fun policy references to the relatable and very informative emails we get. Like when covid began I had an email to tell me about my car battery life and how I can keep it in good working order whilst not driving anywhere during the initial lockdown. And each month I get easy to follow and understand emails when my payment is due. I personally work in financial services and know how confusing jargon can be. They really keep it simple and that helps interactions feel stress free and easy to accomplish. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020
