much better that most insurers

they are available on the phone in under 15mins usually less that 5 mins , they try not to or don't charge you penal policy fees or admin fees like most car insurers. they seem to have a "care for customer" attitude and dont have a "rip the customer off for as much money as possible" attitude like most of the car insurers i have dealt with.
