Simple, honest and easy

Found By Miles through a money saving app who suggested that if I only do a small amount of miles that they would be a good alternative. As I have a van for work I only use my car to drive on weekends when otherwise it’s in my garage. The set up process was really easy, easier than adding details to comparison websites, and they gave me a really good quote for the year. Easily £150 cheaper than comparison sites. They have a simple video which explains how it works and when you’ll be charged each month so that you know what’s going to happen if you decide to go with them, as it puts your mind at ease straight away. It also shows that they won’t over charge you if you do want to go on a longer drive, especially convenient with staycations due to COVID! The capping of costs over a day is great and shows that they just want to insure you for the miles you do and not penalise you for needing to make a longer trip once in a while. They then sent me a package which has a tracker in it to put into my car to be able to see when I drive. Simple to install and the app even tells you where to put it! The notifications are great as it’s interesting to see how much each journey costs you. Making it easy to save if I need to one month to the next. Overall it’s a good service and as long as it stays at a cheap rate for next years renewal, I cannot see why I won’t stay with them another year Reviewed on: 9th September 2020
