THE BEST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER BEEN WITH

i have now been insured with by miles for just over a year since i first entered agreement on my policy with them their customer service has been second to none the staff have always been so polite courteous and helpful at all times always putting giving a answer to any query i may of had. i adore their live chat on the app as a reply is given in seconds unlike some other company's i have used in the past. the freedom flexibility and security in the way of billing by miles offers their customers is fantastic always being able to see the cost of every journey is great and brilliant priced. i really like the car medic as well another brilliant benefit from by miles having worked in the car sales industry for a short time i know if a engine management light comes on in your vehicle a mechanic will charge you £50 to run a diagnostic check on your car ! no more of that with by miles its a feature that comes along with the app. i rate this company 10/10 and would now never stray from their cover in fact i have introduced 2 people to the company already and would advise everyone in the future to join as well. kind regards Luke Ambrose Reviewed on: 9th September 2020
