Best deal for lower mileage drivers

I was about to renew my motor insurance when I read an article on how standard car insurance policies are loaded in favour of higher mileage drivers. As someone who drives a lower than average mileage this made me look around for a better deal and By Miles, with their low annual charge and fee per mile stood out as the best deal.
