Impressed so far

First time with By Miles. So be interesting to see how it all works. Cheapest quote I had. Been having afew hiccups with the device. Used the live chat and phone to ask for help. Customer service is impressive. All very helpful, polite and patient ( like to mention Frank). All credit to the company. With live chats/emails ....they respond extremely quick. Looking forward to when its all up and running properly. With experience so far...will definitely recommend friends and family. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020
