Probably the best insurance I have had

I’m in my third year of insurance from By Miles and I don’t think I’ll be changing providers anytime soon. Although I drive frequently, the distances are mostly short so the cost is far better than using what I would call a “mainstream” insurer. My only gripe would be with the underwriters rather than By Miles themselves, as the initial yearly price and the price per mile seems to go up each year even though my No Claims goes up each year, I would expect the initial cost and price per mile to decrease not increase. Best insurance I have ever had

As a stay at home mum with 3 years NCD, and only passed when I was 29, I’ve been finding it hard to justify some of the other big companies’ quotes (some in excess of £1100 for the year!). I saw a news article about By Miles and did some research on them. My average yearly mileage is between 2-3000, so when my yearly estimate was in the £400 region I was astounded and immediately purchased. They’ve been nothing but helpful when I’ve had the car in at the garage for maintenance for longer than anticipated, and when I moved house. I’ve recommended them to family, however they can’t quite beat my mum’s insurer due to her maximum level of NCD. I also really like the app, and it would be especially useful if I ever needed to dispute a parking charge, etc. Thank you for providing this superior option and I shall continue to use you for the foreseeable future.
