Most efficient Customer Service with reasonable cover prices

I have been with Saga Insurance for many years for both Motor Vehicle and Building and Contents Insurance cover. I do check every year at 'renewal' as to competitiveness which they always measure up. I unfortunately had to make a claim recently following a vehicle incident and was impressed by the company's efficient and friendly action in the way they dealt with the process.
