Review of the Saga, Car insurance:

I had the bad luck to have two accidents within a two year period. Both times, Saga and all staff/representatives were unfailingly helpful and reassuring.

The second accident was the more serious. I emerged from a side road (though I would cite mitigating circumstances!) and collided with a car approaching at speed in the bus lane. Neither driver was injured but my car was deemed a write off. The person I spoke to at Saga could not have been kinder or more helpful and talked me through the procedure to be followed. The pick up truck arrived fairly quickly and the driver was polite and helped me get a taxi home. Afterwards, the staff at Sage were helpful and explained everything clearly.
