Prompt answering of phone, and not passed to another department.

I phoned about renewal of car policy - phone was answered promptly and the person answering the phone was able to deal with my query, without passing me on to someone else. Following my retirement, my mileage is lower, so he reduced the premium. Discount offered for Home policy when it comes up for renewal next year. Very professional. Reviewed on: 13th September 2020
