Excellent value and customer service

I have now used the company on more than one occasion for short haul and also long haul. Simple to use and very good value especially with having a pre existing medical condition. When we had our flight cancelled during the pandemic to Australia there were no problems with a refund and for that reason I will use them again when we are allowed to enter Australia.
