Excellent service...so far

We only signed up for a Policy Expert homes and content policy last week so my experience to date is limited. However, I found the website very easy to use and I did have an issue as I mistakenly gave the wrong email address and therefore did not receive any confirmation. I phoned to clarify and got straight through to a customer assistant without waiting (very unusual in this day and age!) and she was extremely helpful and had resolved the problem in a couple of minutes.
