Excellent customer service at a difficult time

I renewed my insurance by telephone, whilst self-isolating during Covid. I raised a couple of queries with the member of staff to whom I was talking, which were fully answered, and this led to a more general conversation between us during which we touched on one or two issues pertinent to my situation at the time. I don't expect staff to be other than efficient and professional, and the young man was certainly both, but he went above and beyond that - perhaps responding to my physical isolation at the time - and gave me his time willingly. When I pointed out that I was taking his time, beyond the completion of my business transaction, he told me that the company supported staff in providing a service that gave something extra to customers, which he certainly did.
