Accounts were discussed in detail so I could make the best decisions. Like the fact you can book a face to face, Nationwide don't offer that anymore, or passbook ISA, so here I am. 100% recommend. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

A warm and efficient welcome

I had not realised that the Abingdon branch had moved, and as a result was 10 minutes late. Samantha was not rattled, and we swiftly got down to business. Samantha was businesslike and pragmatic, and we got through all the required checks surprisingly quickly. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Opening an account in branch

My request to open a new account was actioned instantly. No need to make an appointment and return which is often the case with other building societies. My passbook was given to me rather than needing to wait anxiously for it to arrive in the post. Polite knowledgeable staff. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
