Good lenders to deal with on the whole

Setting up the mortgage was easy and over the 3 years the service was excellent. It was only when I wanted to pay off the interest-free loan that things got complicated. Each query involved two phone calls to get through to the "mortgage team" even though they were information only. It was difficult to get a date pinned down and when I offered to pay a few days early I was still threatened with a heavy early repayment fee. No one was particularly helpful or proactive and it was two months before I got an acknowledgement that the loan had been paid off. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Very helpful

All the staff were very helpful,courteous and professional.Samantha took her time to explain and help me choose the best option for my savings.There was a definite feeling that everyone was happy in their work and a real friendly atmosphere in the building, which was clean ,neat and tidy,credit to all.
