Rachel at the Newbury branch was excellent at explaining the different investment accounts and what was best for us. She was not pushy and in the end we opened three accounts. Such a pleasurable morning. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Took a while. Open but not open.

I opened the account on line and later got the secure message "Your account is now open". I tranferred some money to the account, but it was returned the next day. There was a later secure message saying "We need some more information - where is the money coming from?" It is sorted now, with a good rate of interest, but should have been put the messages out in a more logical order. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Clear website

In opening a new savings account with NBS, I found the website clear and easy to use. The subsequent administration was dealt with efficiently and there is a good range of accounts available. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
