SERVICE WITH A SMILE

What a pleasure to visit the Wokingham Branch and to be received by Sue Murgatroyd who displayed something US elders WERE used to receiving when younger but is rarely found nowadays!!Not only was she proficient in her knowledge of the Societies Products but reflected how she valued and enjoyed her current working career/position-WELL DONE Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Not enough information

I find it quite stressful dealing with anything mortgage related and this experience hasn't been great. My signed papers were lost in the post, I had to re do them all and pay for recorded delivery first of all. I wasn't advised that I would be receiving a payment back on the first of the month due to a difference in what was borrowed and the redemption figure. Nor was I told my direct debit would not be set up for the 1st of the month so on that date it was all quite confusing. Lastly I appreciated the welcome hamper but half of the coffee sachets were out if date as of November last year and the other half go out of date in 3 weeks time. Really disappointed.
