Switching to a new product - fabulous service

Very impressed with the service we have had switching from an old Buy-to-let deal to a new one. Communication has been brilliant and impressed anything financial is via a secured email service. Very proactive agent (Chloe) kept us fully informed all the way through the process. Reviewed on: 6th February 2023

Easy to open new savings account

Walked in off the high street to open a savings account without an appointment, they were very busy in branch but still managed to achieve what we had set out to do - open a savings account! Reviewed on: 4th February 2023

Good customer service in Andover

I had to open a new account in branch and although it was quite a long process, Emma took it on as no one else was waiting. I was impressed by her patience and courtesy towards me.
