Straightforward process

On the whole, the procedure of opening a new account as a new customer was straightforward. The only minor 'glitch' was a significant delay between the arrival of the first and second of two emails that were required for setting up security for online services. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023

Good once set up

It takes a while, 2 weeks or so, to actually set up and start using properly but seems ok once done. Good rate of interest. Online chat is helpful. It needs an app asap to make signing into one's account easier. Bit cheeky not allowing withdrawal of one's own funds for 14 days. What if it's needed in emergency? Not as slick and sophisticated as say, Nationwide or Skipton but worth it for interest rate. Wish there were more branches though. None down in west countrt. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023

Simple to deal with

Popped into our local branch just before closing and the two friendly, efficient ladies talked us through our current accounts and helped us open a joint account. Very impressed with their knowledge and efficiency. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023
