Opening a new existing member account

Met with Sam at the Abingdon branch, she had previously opening my accounts originally, for a savings review. Sam is brilliant. She talks you through all your options and explains everything fully and clearly. Reviewed on: 30th January 2023

Great

Walked in to open a new savings account. Although staff were busy, we were advised of best accounts for us to look at and an appointment was made to open an account within the hour. Both Lisa and Sarah were great. Would recommend this branch and the saving accounts. Reviewed on: 29th January 2023

Excellent in every way

The person helping me provided helpful information before my appointment and then opening three new accounts - my first at Newbury Building Society was done without fuss and all done in 45 mins. My books arrived the following day. I shall now be opening accounts for my grandchildren. Just brilliant. Reviewed on: 28th January 2023
