Friendly and helpful advice

Reviewed my savings with a member of the team and opened another account. Delighted with the Charity Saver which I had previously not considered. Now through the Newbury, my savings are helping raise funds for Alzheimer’s. Such a good idea. The staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 20th January 2023

Good Service

Very welcoming on a Monday morning, with friendly and cheerful staff. I am a new member to the society and they very thoroughly took me through the process of opening a new account. Nothing was too much trouble. It's always nice to know that you can have a face-to-face conversation at the branch given that so much is now down to technology and being online.
