It was easy to open account what let it down was the verification code that was not received and I had to request another. The Society needs to find another method which is not reliant on the posts. Reviewed on: 13th January 2023

I’m very annoyed that although you’ve done electronic ID verification on my account you have stated that ‘on this occasion you require sight of a bank statement’. Why was I not notified of this when I opened the account as I’m not happy sending you a bank statement where you can see my transactions. I have been personally regulated by the FCA since 1987 and I take your request as an insult. Furthermore, you have failed to reply to my secure email sent via my account. I will be moving my money away from you very soon and will be advising my clients not to invest with you. Reviewed on: 13th January 2023

New savings account-easy job

With interest rates low at the moment we were looking for an easy access account that paid higher than the banks. Also liked the idea that there are branches you can visit plus a long established society. Reviewed on: 13th January 2023

Great support from office staff
