Nice people, good explanation and appropriate guidance

We visited the Wokingham branch to open three accounts. The interview was well-conducted, thorough, and provided all appropriate guidance and assurance. The pass books arrived next day with all relevant other materials. Great to deal with real people, face-to-face, and very efficient :) Reviewed on: 10th January 2023

Superb customer service

Staff were very welcoming, received good old-fashioned personal customer service. Appointment was thorough, exploring options and was not rushed, the right mix of professional and friendly.
