Superb customer service

The whole experience, from the telephone call I received to the appointment in the Wokingham branch was excellent. All of the staff were very welcoming and it felt like real, good old-fashioned personal customer service, rather than impersonal transactions (which sadly tends to be the norm elsewhere these days). The appointment was thorough, exploring options and was not rushed. It was the right mix of professional and friendly. As a customer I felt that I was valued.
