Very helpful staff

When I had a problem opening a new savings account it was a refreshing change to be able to talk to a real person. Gemma Loosen was cheerful, bright and very helpful, couldn't be more satisfied with NBS service. Reviewed on: 25th November 2022

Polite, professional and personable

Easy & simple process to set up an account via e-mail and internet. Really helpful customer staff at the end of a phone ( yes, real people and it only took a couple of minutes to speak to someone vs option 8, option 5, option 3, etc etc.) Thank you Reviewed on: 25th November 2022
