Very attentive. Good old fashioned banking in a modern tech environment.

As above. Staff attentive especially as I was having a lot of frustration with transferring from another financial institution. Seems a well run local bank...customer satisfaction although my first te experience excellent. Reviewed on: 4th November 2022

awful and stressful experience

We received very little updates on the progress of our remortgage. They had the incorrect date for completion, which if we had not corrected them, would have resulted in us paying an early repayment figure. The final figure we borrowed was more than we wanted - we asked to borrow the exact redemption amount so returning it was more hassle. We received no notification in regards to when we had completed. Overall the service was terrible and we would definitely not recommend them. Reviewed on: 4th November 2022
