Remortgaging with Newbury was clear and easy

We recently worked with Justine Ransom to renew our mortgage deal with Newbury. In difficult and fast moving circumstances Justine made a potentially stressful situation easy. She worked quickly to give us a range of information and communicated our options clearly, which enabled us to make the best decision for our situation. A few hiccups

Overall a good service and happy to be with Newberry however the whole process could have gone a lot smoother and in my opinion quicker if information was given of process and timescales from the beginning. Missed my valuation deadline as offer was incorrect even though all information was provided correctly. Delayed the offer by approx. 2 weeks and then there were different people dealing with things which complicated matters. Glad after 5 months the purchase of an additional share of the property is now complete. Reviewed on: 29th October 2022

Excellent advice opening a new savings account

A face to face meeting to discuss options, easily booked and very helpful advice given under no pressure. Time to reflect and second face to face meeting to open the account. Highly reccommend Didcot branch staff to anyone. Reviewed on: 28th October 2022
