Re-mortgage

I was notified with plenty of time before my fixed deal ended and following discussions on branch with their Excellent Mortgage Advisor we agreed on a re-mortgage which best suited my circumstances. The rate is exceptionally competitive with no charges. Reviewed on: 15th October 2022

Excellent personal service throughout

Ella, our mortgage advisor was excellent throughout the whole process; courteous, informative and helpful. The underwriting team were also helpful and easily contactable. Our remortgage completed on schedule. It makes a big difference dealing with “real” people as opposed to staff in call centres. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
