A very happy Old Man

At the end of our interest only buy to let mortgage deal, Newbury Building Society (NBS), contacted me. from the start to the end dealing with NBS was straight forward and simple. Their mortgage team could not have been more helpful and friendly. Being in my sixties i have deal with many different mortgage companies. Opening a new account

Hazel Parker at Newbury branch was very polite, clear and made sure that understood the benefits of each of the accounts that I could choose. I opened an Existing Member account and will next open a Senior Saver one. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Good communication

Good communication on a slightly less than run of the mill re-mortgage with only one minor niggle that was resolved - Unlike the difficulty I had contacting our previous lender (big Spanish bank) and their automated system Oh and an unexpected but appreciated gift - Thankyou Reviewed on: 10th August 2022

Excellent service!

We had a hassle free service from booking to opening the account. The lady on reception (apologies I didn’t get her name) is so welcoming and very helpful. Courtney that helped us open the account was very thorough and got the right product for my daughter and included her in the conversation which she loved! Thank you. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022
