very disappointed as to the termination of mortgage especially the mix messages that we were told that the loan would be extended

it was never made clear to us why the mortgage was called in as firstly we had never missed a payment and for some reason you had decided that we could not afford the payments Just to add, all of this was happening during the pandemic and we are both in the most at risk category we have documented the entire mortgage call in process with you but are not prepared to waste anymore time discussing it with you Reviewed on: 8th August 2022
