Over complicated processes

I had trouble logging in to the website because of the over complicated terminology used in the process. You don't seem to think about the user and how you can make it easier to interact with you. Take the process to get into this survey, why do you have 12 or so categories to choose from - too complicated, puts people off making the decision? Have one easy button to start the survey (I'm committed to complete the survey now) and then the first question is "What was you interaction with the Society concerning?". Always think about the user and then test it on several ordinary members before going live. Reviewed on: 1st August 2022

Mortgages made easy

Superb experience. Fast, easy, friendly. We had an unusual situation which the vast majority of mortgage providers would not consider, so i was over the moon to find Newbury. The moving in box that was delivered was the icing on the cake. Reviewed on: 1st August 2022

Good customer service
