Easy to use, but why did I have to?

It was easy to move money out , I did it to move it to a better paying account. I don't understand why Newbury does not give the same rate to existing customers as it does to new customers. It would be interesting to hear why they do not , so thank goodness for other banks / building societies who pay better savings rates .. Reviewed on: 6th May 2022

Every interaction is a pleasure.

I feel part a truly valued member of the Society as staff remember me even when it's just on a phone call. The society is on my side with regard to getting the best mortgage rate. You are so well managed I feel my mortgage is in safe hands, even in these very uncertain times of increasing interest rates and inflation. Reviewed on: 6th May 2022
