We had a no mortgage property, but required additional funds.

We used a mortgage agent to carry out the transaction, therefore my dealings with the society were limited. However, I found the Society very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend the Society services to friends and family. Reviewed on: 18th April 2022

no pressure

walked in of the street to set up an ISA, staff were welcoming efficient, and there was no trying to sell me additional accounts, all done in around 20 minutes, and building society book arrived the next day in the post.
