Opened up a new savings account

Existing member, and opened up a new savings account online. Paid money into it, and then found the money was returned. I followed up by phone and found out that my passport ID was required. Strange request after opening my new account, and that too for an existing account holder. Reviewed on: 1st April 2022

Helpful, polite

Have had a very pleasant experience, the person who has dealt with mine and my sisters needs has been very helpful, very welcoming on our phone calls, provided the information that was needed to help us just all together a nice pleasant experience.
