Very happy with the new rate that was agreed but the team took over a month to get it implemented meaning we have overpaid on our first month. Other than that, helpful & friendly. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

Really helpful staff. If only interest rates were competitive.

NBS always a pleasure to deal with. Helpful staff and easy to operate online. Interest rates are neither competitive or keep pace with base rates so questionable if we keep our investments here or not. Happy to put in max FSCS amounts. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022
