Very helpful interviews.

Since I lost my husband last August, my son has been helping me with all the forms which are necessary. He suggested that some of my savings should be with the Newbury Building Society and I was very impressed with all the help, information and kindness shown by the staff at the Andover branch. Application for further mortgage advance

Your mortgage advisor provided me with exemplary service. We had very tight timelines and a couple of difficulties along the way and we always felt that Eve went above and beyond in helping us with timely, good advice and in fighting our corner when the underwriters were overzealous and asked for unnecessary actions. We have always found Newbury staff the best of all building society staff we have dealt with but Eve excelled beyond our (high) expectations. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

Good value product and efficient process

I transferred from a self build loan. Although the initial investigations were extensive and seemed more intrusive than necessary , the process was smooth and it was a very good offer. Documentation was simple and processes clearly explained. I considered various providers but this was the best one for me. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022
