Opened two new accounts

Really comprehensive service with account opening. Felt I was being listened to and cared for and eveything provided for great customer service. Only negative was account passbooks were posted out - felt these could have been given on the day - save costs, environmental, convenience factor etc.. Reviewed on: 28th February 2022

Professional yet friendly service

Fabulous customer service from the professional yet friendly agent I dealt with. Her product knowledge was exceptional & was made to feel like a truly valued customer. Although did have to chase a few weeks later as hadn’t received documents that were promised but really wasn’t an issue. Would definitely recommend the Newbury to friends or family & would consider using again in the future. Well done guys. Reviewed on: 26th February 2022

Easy re-mortgage

Very straightforward process to re-mortgage, particularly when compared with another big high street lender who messed up my initial application. I've re-mortgaged a number of times over the years and this was one of the most straightforward ones that I remember. Reviewed on: 25th February 2022
