Opening existing members acc

Absolutely brilliant service! I had filled the form incorrectly when applying to open acc, received a call and arranged to pop into branch where this was sorted and opened within 10 mins! Fantastic friendly helpful service Reviewed on: 11th February 2022

Good easy access savings.

I was contacted by my local branch to tell me that as I’d had a ‘Welcome to Newbury’ account for a year I was entitled to open a ‘ members account’ with a better interest rate. I did this online and was immediately able to transfer money across. I did have to ring them as I’d managed to get my password wrong but a very helpful lady sorted this out instantly. Very helpful friendly people and better than normal rate of interest. Reviewed on: 11th February 2022
